Several of us from Fairytale Brownies will be handing out FREE fudgy brownie samples at all of the AJ's Fine Foods stores this weekend. Holly, Jo, Eileen and I will be at various stores from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday for AJ's Farmer's Market celebration.
AJ's carries six different flavors of Fairytale Brownies - Original, Chocolate Chip, Cream Cheese, Peanut Butter, Toffee Crunch and Walnut - and 1 lb. brownie trays in Original and Walnut flavors.

When I was growing up, I always thought walnuts looked like sliced brain sections. You'd think I'd be afraid to eat walnuts, but no. I ate them just fine!
In keeping with the Halloween, spooky theme, you could buy a walnut tray and serve your dessert with a clever name like "brain food," "dirty brains," "brainy brownie" or "chocolate for brains." Okay, so my names are lame, but at least I came up with the "walnuts look like brain slices" idea! You surely can think of a great name for your own dessert.
I just thought of something: You could drizzle chocolate sauce or caramel sauce over the walnut brownie and call it "leaky brains." The possibilities are many once your use your... brain.
