When my friend, Kristie, asked if I wanted to go to the world premiere of "Wolverine" with her, I didn't hesitate to say, "yes." Hugh Jackman? Not only is he extremely talented, he's HOT!
Just last week we were talking about Hugh. Fairytale Brownies had scheduled a media event to celebrate our feature on the Food Network's "Unwrapped." It also was the day a press conference was called to announce that Tempe won the contest to view the world premiere of "Wolverine." Basically, the media had to choose between brownies or Hugh Jackman. I suggested combining the two because they both are delectable, but no one listened to me. Let me explain:
Here's a Fairytale Brownies fudgy Chocolate Chip brownie. Notice the bounty of chocolate chips spread throughout the 3" x 3" brownie. Every bite will have an extra chocolaty crunch. Each brownie is made from imported Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate.
And here's Hugh Jackman. Notice the chiseled lines of his handsome face, the partial beard growth, the tan and the MUSCLES outlined by his form-fitting shirt. See what I mean? How does one choose?
Well, we didn't have to after all. Kristie and I not only attended the parking lot media event before the premiere,

we walked the red carpet

and sat four seats away from Hugh (and fellow cast mates) in the theater. Every now and then during the movie we glanced over to look at Hugh. It was a pretty weird experience seeing him in person and on the screen at the same time.
Needless to say, the whole evening was enchanting. I found myself thinking that everyone in the theater should have a Fairytale Brownie to celebrate! Ok, so maybe I don't know when to separate work from fun, but I think my evening showed that brownies and Hugh Jackman are an enticing pair.
