Scottsdale's Oakville Grocery Co. will celebrate summer's approach with "Scooped, Sprinkled and Served: A Saturday Ice Cream Social Extravaganza."Fairytale Brownies will be a part of the festivities from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 15, at Oakville Grocery, 15015 N. Scottsdale Road. Attendees will be able to sprinkle their favorite ice cream with Original flavor fudgy chocolate brownie pieces.
Other activities include an ice cream competition between local creameries, an ice cream cooking demonstration, frozen treats for adults in the wine bar, and live music.
Donations will be accepted to benefit The Girl Scouts, Arizona Cactus-Pine Council.
