A very important July holiday!

I know I'm a little late for July Holidays but there is one that I had to share! It goes along with Hilary's brownie ice-cream sandwiches blog.

July is National Ice Cream Month!

Not only can you make ice cream sandwiches with our delicious fudge brownies, you can break them up into small pieces and mix them into your ice cream for a custom Fairytale Brownies creation. You can also make an entire brownie ice cream cake with our gourmet brownies. Just lay brownies flat in a 9 x 9 pan, spread a layer of your favorite kind of ice cream and then another layer of brownies. The perfect summertime cake that requires no baking! And not to mention it would be delicious! My favorite thing to do is take a Fairytale Brownie from my freezer, put in a bowl, microwave it for about 15 seconds and then put a scoop of ice cream on top of it. Sometimes I'll add sprinkles or a crushed candy bar or whatever else I can find around the house for my scrumptious fudgy chocolate brownie ice cream sundae! All that being said, I'm off to go get some ice cream! Happy July!
