Brandie's Brownie Buzz

When I woke up this morning there was a different feeling in the air . It took me a little while to remember what day today is. And then I realized just how lucky I am. There are so many people that wake up everyday and remember this day, September 11th. 

Today we remember of all those who gave their lives that day, literally and figuratively. At 10am Fairytale Brownies had a moment of silence, it was our little way of saying we remember and we honor you. We talked a little bit about where we were and how we felt. We recognize that we will never forget what we were doing at that exact moment when the world changed.

I hope everyone can take a moment today to think about how lucky we are. Take a look at the things around you, give your kids an extra hug, hold the door for someone, tell someone you haven't in a while that you love them.
