Next week is Thanksgiving! The favorite holiday at our house. We
have a regular gang of family and friends that come over, everyone
contributes and our turkeys always come from Heritage Foods USA. I
can order them online now but I remember when I used to get my
turkey through the kitchen door at Rancho Pinot. So what to
bring if you are a guest - bottle of wine and a box of

Fairytale Brownies participated
with Share our Strengh and conducted a
Great American Bake Sale this past Tuesday.
My daughter and some of her friends even got to go down to the
local NBC station (KPNX) to share with viewers about the
millions of hungry kids every day and invited Phoenicians to
come buy brownie and cookie treats with the proceeds going to
Share our Strength.

My daughter recently had a birthday and requested a Fairytale
Brownies Ice cream Pie. She and I created one once before
in a pie dish, this time we went for it and made our creation in a

Fairytale Brownies fan Barbara Hand
was the winning bidder in KAET Channel 8’s recent Great
Online Auction. For her birthday,
her husband purchased a Fairytale Brownies Bakery Tour
and Tasting for six to 10 people.
Barbara’s tour began at 9 a.m. when
her group donned hairnets and gathered to visit

For 10 years, Fairytale Brownies has
been volunteering and donating dollars and brownies to
KaBOOM! Last month, KaBOOM!
celebrated 15 years of building play spaces with its
2,000th playground build in Washington, D.C. I
was invited to attend the build at Imagine Southeast Public
Charter School in Washington, D.C. On the airplane ride I figured
