Hey all of you golfers! There’s still time to participate in the Summer Swing Invitational presented by Aerotek THIS Friday, September 10, at the Ocotillo Golf Resort in Chandler.
Tournament proceeds will go towards building a playground in the Phoenix area with Fairytale Brownies in 2011 with KaBOOM!, the national nonprofit dedicated to saving play for America’s children. Visit Fairytale Brownies KaBOOM! fundraising page here.
The tournament begins with a shotgun start (scramble format) at 7:30 a.m. The $95 per player, $350 per foursome, $450 per foursome and hole sponsorship entry fee will provide all players with 18 holes of golf and a cart, range balls, divot repair tool, a goody bag inluding gourmet fudgy brownies, and a barbecue lunch. There will be contests for closest to the pin, long drive and hole-in-one. Players also will have opportunities to purchase mulligans, putting string and raffle tickets for a variety of prizes.
