Welcome! I'm Ellie Perry, Fairytale Brownies Customer Service Team Leader, and my job here at Fairytale Brownies is to ensure every customer receives outstanding service when they order brownies.
I'll be writing about groups Fairytale Brownies supports, including Angel Bakers/Soldiers' Angels. We send Soldier Care packages every month. I'll share the letters and cards we receive from the Troops serving in the Armed Forces.
I'll be sure to remind everyone of upcoming special occasions. Fairytale Brownies make great birthday and anniversary gifts. And all of our products are Kosher. Our customers know when they send a Fairytale Brownies gourmet chocolate brownie gift they're sending the best!

One more week before my vacation! This summer I'm going to New Zealand for three weeks. And I'm taking Fairytale Brownies along with me. Throughout the year, I send brownies to friends all around the country and internationally too. This time instead of shipping brownies, I'll be able to hand deliver them with a smile. But I don't know if I'll be able to resist eating some on the 12 hour plane ride! Having a fudge brownie or two may help the time pass more quickly.
This fall I'll be able to have some of our brand new gourmet cookies delivered. Until then, gourmet brownies will have to do. I'll be sure to take lots of pictures of Fairytale Brownies in the land of the Kiwi. Hey, could that be a new Fairytale flavor?

Each gourmet brownie gift we ship includes a comment card, which we call a Business Reply Card. When a gift recipient completes the postage paid card and returns it to us we save them for a drawing at the end of each month. Each month we select 2 winners who receive a complimentary Fairytale Dozen (our customer favorite which features 1 each of all 12 delicious Fairytale flavors).
This week I received a wonderful letter from a recent winner. It reads:

This month we shipped packages of brownie gifts to members of the Military. Soldiers' Angels/Angel Bakers and Soldiers' Angels/Ladies of Liberty provided us with a list of soldiers who need some extra TLC. We shipped brownies to over 30 servicemen and women. We received thank you cards this week. One card reads "Thank you for your thoughfulness by sending the brownies. Night shift enjoyed them. Thank you again" This card was from SFC Diana. Another card reads "Many thanks to you and Soldiers' Angels!"

Hi Fairytale Friends! Fairytale Brownies has been supporting the work of both Soldiers' Angels/Angel Bakers and Soldiers' Angels/Ladies of Liberty for a couple of years now. We send gourmet brownies to troops serving in our Armed Forces each month. Last month we had an opportunity to send chocolate brownies to a group of men and women serving in Afghanistan as well as a team serving in Haiti. I can't imagine how very difficult it is to be away from home, away from family and friends. I hope we can brighten their day just a little.

I wanted to share this very funny cartoon we received from one of our long time customers. Of course we wouldn't necessarily say gourmet brownies are nutritional, but our Fairytale Brownies are all natural with no preservatives. And now we are baking all flavors with unbleached flour. For my Mom's 75th birthday I ordered Custom Gift Favors from Fairytale Brownies to hand out to everyone who attended the birthday dinner. I had her name and the date printed on the box lid along with whimsical balloons (Here's an example of what the box looked like below [my mom's name isn't Andrew Smith, ha ha]). The gift favors contained delicious gourmet brownies. Her favorite flavors are Toffee Crunch and Walnut, so I selected the Choose Your Own flavor option. This month we received a special request from a member of the Connecticut Air National Guard. Her unit has been deployed to Haiti to assist in the recovery process for the devastating earthquake that happened a month ago.

Fairytale Brownies were in all the gift bags at singer/songwriter Carol Connors' Annual BBBBBBBs in Your Bonnet Easter Party!
This year's BBBBBBs in Your Bonnet party was held at A Cow Jumped Over the Moon in Beverly Hills. The ladies were dressed in their Easter finest. There were smiles all around for the delicious lunch but nothing compared with the dessert of Fairytale Easter Brownies and Fairytale Truffles. The Easter Bunny definitely delivered Easter gifts this year!
The winner of this year's best bonnet contest was none other than Barbara Lazaroff! Ms. Lazaroff had the most bbbbeautiful hat. The best bonnet winner received a gourmet browne gift from the best brownie company, Fairytale Brownies.

Wow, today we received an email from John, who is serving in Iraq. We send brownie gifts to the troops each month to show our support. We sent Easter gifts for them to enjoy.
