Fairytale Brownie's Excellent Customer Service Blogging

Welcome!  I'm Ellie Perry, Fairytale Brownies Customer Service Team Leader, and my job here at Fairytale Brownies is to ensure every customer receives outstanding service when they order brownies.

I'll be writing about groups Fairytale Brownies supports, including Angel Bakers/Soldiers' Angels.  We send Soldier Care packages every month.  I'll share the letters and cards we receive from the Troops serving in the Armed Forces.

I'll be sure to remind everyone of upcoming special occasions.  Fairytale Brownies make great birthday and anniversary gifts.   And all of our products are Kosher.  Our customers know when they send a Fairytale Brownies gourmet chocolate brownie gift they're sending the best!

I look forward to sharing our customer stories with you.  And I hope you'll share your brownie stories with us!

TO: The Ms. Perry and the Men and Women of Angel Bakers/Soldiers’ Angels Ladies and Gentlemen, The Soldiers of the 2nd Squadron, 13th Cavalry Regiment would like to thank-you for the outstanding support you have given to both us and the other troops currently deployed in the Middle East. It always amazes us to see how a few men and women back home can bring a smile to our faces with some wonderful treats from back home (and yes, I did share them with my unit…arrggghh – drat my affinity for brownies). Just a little background on some of the things our unit is doing here in the Maysan Province of Iraq in support of the Iraqi Security Forces. In fact, the month of July marked multiple landmarks in our timeline here. First, we had a significant event on the 30th of June as it pertained to the Iraqi Security Agreement which was put into effect at the beginning of this year. Our mission changed dramatically as we underwent a fundamental shift away from combat activities to a much greater advise and assist role with respect to the Iraqi people (translation – less doing it ourselves and more instruction of Iraqi Security Forces). The key to this transition is that the Iraqi Security Forces have become much more professionalized over the last several years, and they are now able to take on a more expanded role in securing their own nation. Generally across the country we will be pulling our combat forces out of the cities. However, this does not mean that we will not be in the cities. We still retain an advise and assist mission for Iraqi Security Forces, which we will do even in the cities when asked by Iraqi leaders to do so. Of course, the 4th of July also marked the celebration of our national independence which we celebrated in a country of people fighting for their own version of freedom. Our Chaplain worked very hard to organize some activities for the Soldiers who were off of patrol (including football, volleyball, and other sports activities as well as a summer barbecue). We posted pictures to our Facebook page showing how that celebration went (NOTE - We did not fire off any fireworks as loud explosions generally have a negative connotation over here). Finally, the first week of July (depending on when individuals arrived) marked the transition from 300 to 299 days left in country – yes, we are 1/6th of the way to completion over here! We thank-you again for all of the support packages you have sent. If you wish to see updates on what is happening over here, we do have a Facebook Page as mentioned above titled: “2nd Squadron, 13th Cavalry Regiment”. Thanks Again For All of Your Support!!! William A. Walski Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Army 2/13 CAV Commander
