I hope 2011 is starting out great for all our Fairytale Friends! I recently returned from another holiday in New Zealand! Of course, I took delicious gourmet brownies with me.  My Kiwi friends love fudge brownies. What could be better than sitting on the beach at Piha New Zealand eating Belgian chocolate brownies with my friends - what a treat! 

And as a "Thank You" for their Kiwi hospitality, I am going to send more brownies. I might even have some Fairytale Cookies delivered.  I'm including some pictures from Piha. Its a black sand beach and its beautiful. The sunsets were amazing. Here's a picture of my friend's dog Poppy. Poppy enjoys swimming and walking on the beach. She thought she might like to eat some brownies too. Sorry Poppy, even though these are the best brownies, we can't share with you. 
 
I've already started planning for my next holiday and you can be sure I'll be bringing brownie gifts with me wherever I go!
