The delivery guy left the box on the front porch and the neighbors dog ate the whole box of brownies :( My Dad called Fairytale Brownies and they immediately shipped out a new box (at no charge) and it arrived before Christmas! I will always use Fairytale Brownies for gift-giving. They have a fabulous product but your customer service is Over the Top! Thank you!
