"My mom, Kathy and I wanted to extend a huge thank you for the extra time and effort you took to help us re-route the "Father's Day" gift for my grandpa. Not sure if you remember but my Mom called you and explained that we had entered the wrong address. You said that you would do your best to contact FedEx and see if they could change the delivery location. Well, they did!
