David and Jay reviewed web order stats from 2008 and compared last year's Cyber Monday's orders with this year. At 10:30 a.m., Fairytale received 50% more web orders than last year! Jay toured the bakery to familiarize himself - and photograph - the brownie baking and shipping processes.
