Last week I talked about some delicious desserts that you can make with gourmet chocolate brownies. These were ideas that my mom sent me when she saw a few brownie recipes from the Betty Crocker Blog. Well, she was at it again this week, because she just sent me another drop-dead delicious dessert idea using Fairytale Brownies - Brownie n' Berries Dessert Pizza. This one is so easy to prepare and looks ridiculously delicious. It's a sweet brownie pizza topped with creamy layers of tart berries.
Ingredients:
12 Original Fairytale Brownies (or your favorite brownie flavor)
1 package 8 oz cream cheese softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup apple jelly
Directions:
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Spread mixture evenly over brownie base Arrange berries over cream cheese mixture. Stir jelly until smooth; brush over berries. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
