May 3rd, the marketing department at Fairytale Brownies will be traveling to New Orleans, LA for ACCM. ACCM is the largest Marketing for Catalog and Web conference in the United States.
This is a joyous occasion for me because after the conference, I am going on a 2 week trip across the southeastern portion of the United States. My husband and I are going to drive through Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and Georgia. But, as joyous as this occasion is, it brings a bit of anticipation with it. You see, I am terrified to fly. So much so that I have passed up on Hawaiian vacations and other family trips - and did I mention that I have not flown in almost 20 years? We'll need to fly from Phoenix, AZ (where we live) to Louisiana for the conference.
So, to prepare for this trip, I am taking a fear of flying class that I found doing an online search. I am praying that this class helps me to cope with the fear that I have of flying and that I am anxiety-free for my trip. Does anyone else out there have this fear too? Any words of wisdom for me as I prepare for this trip? I'd love to hear from you if you do! ~ Hilary
