Has anyone ever done anything nice for you and you just wanted to show your appreciation? That happened to me last week. My sister invited me out for dinner for a girls night out, her treat. I was happy to accept (I would never turn down sushi!!). It turned out that my husband had to work late, so I had to bring my 10-year old to sushi with us. That was ok, but then, half-way through my Crunchy California roll, my husband showed up too! I felt so bad because I know my sister wanted "sister" time with me and I ended up bringing the whole entourage. Long story short, to her insistence, she ended up paying for us all too.
Needless to say, I felt like a complete ninny and I resigned myself to make it up to her. So what did I do? I sent some gourmet chocolate love to her, of course! She likes to nosh on sweets here and there, and not completely indulge, so I sent her Fairytale Brownies Thank You Morsel 24.
