Thanksgiving is just a few weeks away - where does the time go? Every year my sister Cindy holds Thanksgiving at her house because it is one of her favorite holidays. She loves decorating the house with warm Fall colors and having a house full of family and friends. To make it a bit easier on her, each one of us brings a pre-designated dish to the festivities. Normally I am on appetizer duty, but this year I am on stuffing duty instead. I am excited as this will be an new adventure for me - I have never made stuffing before, and let me tell you, I have a tough crowd to please! In addition to my stuffing though, I found this beautiful brownie dessert display courtesy of www.countryliving.com. I love how they decorated the gourmet brownies in fun festive Autumn and Fall shapes and colors!

Cheesecake Brownies
"Topped with cream cheese frosting and swirls of pumpkin butter and cut into autumn shapes, these gourmet brownies are a scrumptious treat. And there are endless ways to customize, like omitting the cheesecake an dusting with orange sugar, mixing butterscotch chips or nuts, or swirling peanut butter into the cheesecake topping."
I had to share this lovely creation because it's a great and delicious way to incorporate gourmet Fairytale Brownies in your Thanksgiving meal. I am going to use our 2lb. brownie tray and buy shape cutters. I'll cut shapes out of the brownie tray and then top them with the recommendations listed above. They look so delicious, I can't wait to see my families faces when they dig into this delicious dessert!
I hope you enjoy this dessert as much as I know I will - thanks for reading and I hope you have a very Happy Thanksgiving!! ~ Hilary
