It's improvement time for me here at Fairytale Brownies. Summer is usually the time where I get busy with usability issues and improvements for our website brownies.com. The information that I gather during this time is used to further improve the usability of the brownies.com website and gather customer feedback on all aspects of their e-commerce experience. I am currently putting together a group of usability testers to conduct an online usability study. I have many volunteers from our Facebook forum and our Twitter followers. I am looking to fill about 5 - 10 more slots.
