Human Resources: Behind the Scenes

On September 11th, I will celebrate my 9th year at Fairytale Brownies. At the end of this holiday season, I will have completed my 10th season! So, I guess you can say I have done this before! My role is to recruit and hire seasonal team members for Baking, Shipping, Customer Service, & Retail. This week kicks off the official "Hiring Time-line" for me. Between now and the end of November, Fairytale Brownies will hire approximately 120 seasonal team members!!

Baking will start mid August
Shipping & CSR's will start early September
Retail will start end of October
Order processors will start mid November
Shipping 3 week peak crew will start early December

We are fortunate to have many team members return each year but we are always in need of additional help. Applications are now being accepted for all positions between 9am-3pm Mon-Fri. or email careers@brownies.com for more information.
