Best Brownies for a Thank You Gift

My husband and I have had a contractor in our house the last couple of weeks remodeling our master bathroom. I am ecstatic that he is almost done with the renovation, and want to give him a little extra treat to thank him for his hard work. Of course this means he will be getting a some deliciously fudgy Fairytale Brownies! In my experience, gourmet brownies make a very memorable thank you gift, and I want him to remember us. We have another bathroom we'd like to freshen up a bit in the next few months, so I think a delicious brownie gift will help remind him how much he enjoyed working for us. :)

(Did he not see the name on the side of the box?....NO), I said 'I can't really tell you, you'll just have to try one"... This past monday he shows up and tells me that he and his girlfriend split the brownie and immediately order a box of their own. If that's not good word of mouth, I don't know what is!
