One of my favorite perks of working here at Fairytale Brownies is helping with research & development of new gourmet brownie and cookie flavors. I have become especially fond of this in the last 6 months, as I am pregnant and NEED an afternoon snack most days. :) As you know, we recently introduced the first two flavors of our new Fairytale Cookies, and our bakers are hard at work creating new flavors to expand the line. Hopefully by next fall, we'll have six different flavors available for cookie delivery! 

Just a few minutes ago, I was sitting here wondering what I could eat when Kim came by with some samples of a new chocolate cookie that we're working on for Spring (pictured on my desk, mid-tasting). It was just the break I needed. This gourmet cookie recipe is getting very close to completion, and it was delicious! Stay tuned for more flavors and if you haven't tried them yet, get some cookies delivered to your door soon!
