For many of us in the Baking Industry this coming Sunday, September 26th, kicks off one of the largest expos worldwide - the International Baking Industry Expo (www.IBIE2010.com), which takes place every three years. This year it will be hosted in Las Vegas beginning on Sunday and will last through Wednesday, 29th. Thousands of industry experts and professionals will be attending with expectations for a fresh look at the latest trends, technologies and innovations in the industry. I have been invited, as a representative of Fairytale Brownies, to participate on a panel of clean label experts to discuss one of the biggest trends in the industry - clean label ingredients.
