Hello!  I'm Kim Silva, the Operations Team Leader for Fairytale Brownies.  Throughout my many years with Fairytale Brownies I have spent time working in various roles within the organization, learning along the way what it takes to make a company great, and great is what Fairytale Brownies is - from our delicious gourmet products, to our dedicated and talented staff!

It's been an awesome experience watching Fairytale Brownies grow and to be a part of it since the beginning.  I am very fortunate to be involved with such an incredible organization.  From the days of being a small start-up business where we peddled our gourmet brownies at street fairs and farmer's markets, to a now very successful mail order, retail and wholesale business with thousands of customers across the world!  In my current role I oversee the Operations for the business, which includes Production, Fulfillment, Human Resources, Service and New Product Development.

Most people are not thinking about Christmas yet or the coming Fall holidays, but at Fairytale Brownies it's never too early for us to start thinking about it. . . .in fact, we start thinking about it the minute the previous holiday season comes to a close.  And mind you, Christmas is only 6 months away so we're already half way there!

Well, it's that time of year when we have just finished the holidays and we can start looking forward to the next season at Fairytale Brownies.  We plan all year long and it seems to just come and go so fast, I can hardly believe it.
