Fairytale Brownies participated
with Share our Strengh and conducted a
Great American Bake Sale this past Tuesday.
My daughter and some of her friends even got to go down to the
local NBC station (KPNX) to share with viewers about the
millions of hungry kids every day and invited Phoenicians to
come buy brownie and cookie treats with the proceeds going to
Share our Strength.

Well, the holidays are officially upon us here at
Fairytale
Brownies. Yes, I know it's only August 2, but for us, that
marks the beginning of our busy season of sending

Before I came back to
Fairytale Brownies
from maternity leave last week, my husband and I took our daughter
"home" to Indiana to meet some friends and family.
One important stop for us was our alma mater,
Ball State University, where we met 10
years ago and got married (our wedding was at Benny, a beloved
campus landmark - pictured at left) four years ago. We wanted to
see the many changes on campus while taking our baby girl on her

often forget that Spring Training is such a big deal around here at
this time of year, until I leave work to go out for lunch or at the
end of the day when I'm headed home. You
