Baby Shower, brownies style!

Monday, August 9, 2010 by Tanika Richards
Hello everyone, I know it has been a while since you have heard from your funny, friendly Fairytale Brownies customer service team member, but I am here to give you some updates. The last time we talked my boys were on their way to grandmother's house. Well they are back, ready for school and ready for their turn at "class treat for the day." They have already put in requests to me for Chocolate Chip Magic Morsels, and the designated snack-day lists haven't even gone out yet! Well, I have even a better surprise for them because now we have Double Chocolate Fairytale Cookies (coming this September). YEAH!!

Next on the agenda is my baby shower, yes I am 9 months pregnant and having another boy. And by request from several of the attendees, they would like Fudgy chocolate brownies, so their wish is my command, even at my baby shower. The invites have been sent and 2 even included a 8-Sprite Favor which I feel is a great treat for one person.  Please look in the coming months for our new line of Cookie treats! ~Happy Reading!

8-Sprite Favor

It's that time!!!

Thursday, June 3, 2010 by Tanika Richards

This is the time of year that my husband and I send our boys (ages 11, 9 & 9) off for their summer vacation away from mom and dad. For the third year in a row it's " Off to the grandparents we go". For some that read this they may think, "yeah time away" and for others they think "no, don't send them away". For me, I'm still on the fence. As for my boys, as soon as the school bell rang on the last of school they had suitcases packed and tickets in hand. I guess I know where they stand on the issue. My husband and I will be left with our 2 year old son and a 6 month pregnant me, and yes it is another boy.

This year when travel plans were being made the grandparents made sure they mentioned, hinted, down right requested we send Fairytale Brownies. So with the tearful, hug-gripped goodbye, I handed over a box of fudgy chocolate brownies during the departure. Noticing that other passangers noticed this exchange, once they landed I called to "one" make sure my children had safely arrived, but that the brownies had made it too.

Rave Wave: Thank You, JO!

Monday, April 26, 2010 by Tanika Richards
On occasion, we receive wonderful letters of customer brownie stories or thank you's directly to one of our customer service team members. We are delighted and honored to hear the stories of how the Fairytale Brownies brand provides happy memories in our customers lives. Sending brownie gifts to loved ones should put a smile on your face. Well on April 5, Jo in the customer service department received a letter from a customer who was over joyed with her service and problem solving efforts. The customer stated that she had only recived 1 out of 3 bunnies that she ordered for Easter. Not wanting to disappoint her grandchildren, Jo took the call and made sure the 2 remaining bunnies shipping via priority overnight so the children would have a wonderful Easter. The customer sent her a Thank You note to Jo to express her many thanks for saving the grandchildren's Easter. Thank you Marion A.

My Anniversary with Fairytale Brownies

Thursday, April 8, 2010 by Tanika Richards
On March 24th, myself and another co-worker celebrated our 2 year anniversary with Fairytale Brownies. What a wonderful achievement; 2 years with an incredible Gourmet Brownie company. At our monthly company lunch, Eileen Spitalny and David Kravetz received two beautiful bouquets of roses from a company that has the ability to put your companies logo or a picture on the petals. As a selfless gesture, Eileen gave the flowers including the etched glass vases to my fellow anniversary co worker, Jennifer, and I.  Thank you Fairytale Brownies for 2 wonderful years, and I look forward to many more to come!

Fairytale Brownies Post- Holiday Party

Sunday, March 21, 2010 by Tanika Richards
This past weekend (03/13/2010) Fairytale Brownies held it's post holiday 2009 party at the historic Stockyards Restaurant in Phoenix. The party was very enjoyable and we got a chance to meet each others spouses and family members. It was well planned, with balloon sculptures, pre printed menus, wonderful food selection, magical entertainment and excellent door prizes. The atmosphere was light and joyous, with dinner being served and dessert around the corner, you might have thought that we would have enjoyed our delicious and decadent fudgy brownies with maybe some vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce and little chunks of brownie bites on top. Well that wonderful dream was not the case, we had a nice fruit shortcake for dessert. So needless to say on Monday morning I had to get my brownie fix. I placed an order for a dozen chocolate chip Magic Morsels. I love the Magic Morsel size (1.5 x 1.5) just the perfect pick me up snack for a chocolate brownie craving. lol

Here is the customer service team members with spouses and Family.

Gourmet Brownies and Eye glasses..what a match!

Friday, March 5, 2010 by Tanika Richards

This week I had to get new glasses, due to always getting a headache when I wore my current prescription (this went on for a full year, not recommended). Well I went to a new eye doctor, who was very personable, funny and figured out my issue. My current glasses were to strong of a prescription. While he was doing the examination, he noticed the sweater I was wearing displaying the Fairytale Brownies logo. He inquired of the business and said he would visit our website brownies.com. The next day I took him an 8-Sprite Favor ($15.95) to try. This gift delights any and all recipients. It contains 8 of our most popular flavors in the snack size portions. Needless to say days later I received a thank you card in the mail. Chocolate brownies are always a hit!

From one of our great customers:
