Fairy Grandmother Melinda Vail visited Fairytale Brownies last week to speak to young people about the important ingredients needed to become global citizens.
Vail was the highlight of "Baking A Difference," an event held at the Fairytale Brownies bakery to benefit the Scott Helping Children Foundation.
Children and parents sat on blankets in the grass in front of the bakery and sampled gourmet brownies, chewy cookies and buttery bars.Using the ingredients of a Fairytale brownie, Vail talked about love, kindness, honesty and consideration. She also discussed bullying and making good choices.
