Comfort foods. We have all heard the term, and I am sure just reading it has put a specific food in your mind. I personally think of mashed potatoes and gravy, must be the Irish in me. But I also think of chocolate, like that found in our Belgian Chocolate Brownies.
The old psychology student in me got curious about our behavior with certain foods and why we find them so comforting. Many people turn to certain foods to positively impact their emotions.
