While I'll be wearing green and eating my favorite Shepherd's Pie this St. Patrick's Day, I'm going to incorporate a new dessert into my Irish-themed menu: Irish Cream Espresso Brownies.
Time is something none of us has to spare, so quick, simple and tasty recipes are a must. This one meets all of the criteria. First, you must order brownies from Fairytale Brownies. Specifically, Espresso Nib brownies purchased in bulk.
Irish Cream Espresso Brownies
1 stick butter (4 oz.)
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons Irish Cream Liqueur
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 Fairytale Brownies Espresso Nib 3" x 3" Brownies
Soften butter and mix with Irish Cream and vanilla. Gradually add powdered sugar. Beat until creamy. Frost brownies.
Optional: Top brownies with green sugar sprinkles.
Cut in half or into small squares.
Serve with your favorite Irish beverage. Slainte!
